  i bought a BMW 325i from RG Car sales, i initially see the car online, i live 60 miles away from them so didn't want it to be a wasted trip, spoke to Reece about the car and made the appointment to go see him and test drive the car. Loved the car straight away and bought it, we arranged collection for the car the following week. My journey home was eventful as the car had broken-down(limp mode) 10 miles into my 60 mile journey, it was a shame as i had just bought it. Got straight on the phone to Paul @ RG car sales and explained what had happened. Really nice guy and assured me that the car would be fixed as soon as possible, and couldn't have been more sympathetic, he then gave me another car to use for the next 4 days while mine was being fixed, not many dealers would have done the same I'm sure, Paul kept in contact with me over the next few days to explain exactly what was happening. When my car was ready, Paul delivered it to my house and again couldn't have been more sorry about the situation. Ive had the car two weeks now and no problems at all. Apart from the breakdown,(which i still chuckle at) i found RG car sales to very informative and professional and i would certainly buy there again. Paul, thanks very much for all your help your an asset to the firm

  FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! Paul,Reece and Ellie are a brilliant team to purchase a car from. Paul was my initial contact on a Mercedes E320 cdi ,when I arrived on site the car was as described to me and at a good price. Great p/x price from Reece the deal was done. All work that we agreed to was done prior to collection . Two weeks later my car put itself into limp mode ,making it impossible to drive on motorways ,I got the car back to RG and they were straight on the case. I was fortunate enough to be given a car to keep me on the road whilst mine was fixed and Reece even gave me fuel money !! During this time I was kept informed by the team as to what was happening ,great communication from them. I'm back in my Meredes now, all fixed and goes like a bullet!! There is no pressure to buy here ,very friendly and informative service ,no bs. 100% recommendation from me ,will be back in the summer (her indoors wants a newer car) Thanks everyone
